I am still speechless. So much to say. You my friend kept it real. We bonded from day 1 when you came to the open house of the house that became your home. You’re a strong negotiator but we all know you negotiate but your advocator for everyone that is missing a voice. I miss you today and I will miss you tomorrow. I selected a yellow candle to represent your favorite drink. My condolences to you Monisha and baby girl she loves you all so much.
I met Yolanda through her interest in and participation in the Hot Meals program of Spring Branch Presbyterian Church. Always a delight to have in my corner, and I got to meet some of her family one Saturday delivering Hot Meals - what a loss to all of us, but I'm sure a bright spot in heaven. Lu Taylor
I wanted to send my personal condolences to Griffin family. I got to see Yolanda's giving spirit through her compassion for others. She and I worked together to support the Angel Tree Prison Ministry and the Hot Meals on the Weekend program at Spring Branch Presbyterian Church. She was always ready to support these ministries with her whole heart. Her dedication to helping others will not be forgotten. I will miss her smile and willigness to provide a laugh when it was needed. I will continue to keep everyone in my prayers.
