Nieves having been a long time resident of Binglewood in Spring Branch, was a next door neighbor of my husband Bob Lindley. I was fortunate to have met him in 1996 when I moved here as well. Nieves was a kind and Gracious friend. I will miss him! My sincere Condolences to his family and many friends.
