William Randolph Tardy's Obituary
William Randolph Tardy "Randy", 57 of Huntsville TX went to be with our Lord and Savior on May 22, 2022. born in Houston, TX on September 29, 1964, to E.O. Tardy and Gracie Tardy.
Randy graduated from Alto High School shortly after graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Army. Randy proudly served the 101st Airborne Division as an Army Ranger Corporal at Ft. Campbell, KY. Upon his completion of service with the Army, Randy began his lengthy career with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He worked his way up through the ranks from Correctional Officer to Lieutenant until his death.
Randy enjoyed fishing, especially in tournaments. He was also an avid golfer taking his family with him many times. Anyone who knew Randy knew of his love of music and singing. It did not matter to him if he was singing karaoke or just to his friends and family. Randy loved introducing music to any and every one that would listen. He was also the kind of man that took pride in his family, making lots of cherished memories.
Randy is preceded in death by his parents and father-in-law, Victor Koteras. He is survived by his, loving wife of 22 years, Sandra, of Huntsville, Texas; son, Ryan Tardy (Brie) of Illinois; son Matthew Tardy (Lauren) of Montgomery, Texas; daughters Alexandra and Abigail Tardy of Huntsville, Texas; grandchildren, Lilyth and Cadence Tardy and soon to be born Matthew Jaxon Randolph Tardy. He is also survived by his brother Theran Tardy of Indiana. Randy was also loved by his mother -in-law Barbara Brossman (Charlie), sister-in-law, Betty Gilbert (Reginald), Vickie Huckman (Michael), Stacy Tice (Derek), and Lisa Hibbeler (Jerry). He also had numerous nieces and nephews that he loved.
