Rosendo Jimenez's Obituary
Rosendo (Roy) Jimenez received his wings to be with the Lord on February 13th 2017 at the age of 76. Roy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather he is survived by his wife Irma of 56 years. Sons, Roy Jr and wife Denise, Tony and wife Jennifer, Dino and wife Anna, and Randy Jimenez. Roy loved and was very proud of his grandkids Teresa (Kyle), Cody (Melissa), Alex (Celeste), Roy, Dino, Lilly, Annalisa, Davina and Marcus. Roy was also blessed with great grandchildren Aryana, Kendra, Vincent, Jeremiah, Brinlee and twins Amira and Aria. Roy loved spoiling all of his grandchildren every chance he got. He is also survived by his sisters, Irene Diaz, Lupe Jimenez and numerous extended family near and far. Roy enjoyed being outdoors hunting, fishing and other outdoor activities with the sons and grandchildren. He will be missed by all. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2017 with a Rosary service one hour before at 12 noon. All will be held at St. Ambrose Catholic Church with Father Benjamin Smaistrla as Celebrant. Honored to serve as pallbearers are, Alex, Roy, Dino, Marcus, Cody and Kyle. Flowers and plants will be received at the Hardin Family Funeral Home located at 9034 Long Point Road, Houston, Texas 77055 until 10 am on Thursday.
