Roseann Dodd's Obituary
Roseann Genoha Dodd, 80, of Houston, passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at the Memorial Herman Hospital Memorial City. She was born on June 12, 1933 in Wenatchee, Washington to parents, Charles Augusta Jeffries and Ora Marie Jackson Jeffries. Roseann is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Tracy Dodd; son, Jerry Dodd; brother and sisters, Charles Jeffries, Etta Jeffries and Vivian Limarand,
She is survived by her loving husband, Cecil Dodd; sons, Larry Dodd and wife Dawn and Gary Dodd; sister, Francis Wilson; grandchildren, Michael Messel and wife Robin, Trina Echols and husband Chris, Jeremy Dodd and wife Janelle, Sheri Watson and husband Joe, Rachel Sapkota and husband Harry, Andy Dodd, Amy Mazzo and husband Martin, Kari Dodd, Kayla Dodd, Angela Dodd and Chase Dodd; great-grandchildren, Anthony and Hailey Messel, Hannah and Savanah Echols, Ethan and Chance Whitton, Kaydence Dodd, Madeline and Briella Watson, Destiny Diaz, Jayden Silva and Daniel and Joshwa Mendez, Christian Dodd, Blake Dodd, McKenzie Dodd, Martin Mazzo; numerous nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 24, 2014 from 5 o’clock in the evening until 8 o’clock at Hardin Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 25, 2014 at 11 o’clock in the morning at Houston National Cemetery Chapel in Houston. Those attending the service at Houston National Cemetery should arrive no earlier than 10:45 am Friday morning and park in Lane #1 for a processional to the Chapel for services at 11 am.
Serving as pallbearers will be, Jeremy Dodd, Chase Dodd, Jorge Ortega, Michael Messel, Larry Dodd and Gary Dodd.
