Lisa Monique Smith, beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, niece, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 24 at the age of 44. She was surrounded by her loving family at The Methodist Hospital Willowbrook in Houston, Texas.
Born on January 2, 1982, in Houston, Texas, Lisa was the daughter of Sylvia Smith and Eddie Alexander. She grew up in Houston and attended Willowridge High School and Forest Brook High School.
Throughout her life, Lisa was a source of unwavering love, strength, and guidance to her family and friends. She was a devoted mother to her three children: Eddie Smith (27), Matthias Smith (20), and Israel Brown (17), who will forever cherish her love and support.
Lisa also leaves behind two beloved grandchildren, Andrew Smith and Amiya Smith. She is survived by her siblings, Jesse Alexander (42), Eddie Smith (40), and Cristina Smith (38), along with many other relatives and friends whose lives were touched by her warmth and kindness.
