My sweet, sweet Daddy Buddy. I can't believe it's been a year that I lost you. You were my reason for reason. I don't care what ANYONE says or thinks about me. I know without a single doubt that you loved me unconditionally. Can you believe the Astros WON THE WORLD SERIES last year?! How many years did we wait for that? I used to be so worried and concerned about what everyone thought of me. Geraldine, Kimberly, Jeffrey... now I realize it just doesn't fu@$ing matter. You and I had a bond no one understood. I'm always my Daddy's Girl. You are the ONLY one who loved me unconditionally and actually UNDERSTOOD me. No one can touch the bond we had, and never will. You're my hero. And I loved our close relationship. I have no doubt you loved me no matter what. No one can take that away. I'm your Corky, your Astros buddy. You believed in me when no one else in our family did. You knew my heart and soul, and now that you're gone, I have no loyalty to the family who deserted me. I am so very confident that I will see you in Heaven, and we'll have a blast playing our secret game, "Is Your Park Open?" No one can destroy our bond. You and I know it, and whether the rest of the "family" cares for me at all... We just don't GAF. You're the only Daddy I have, and you're my hero.
