Kathleen Frances Conn's Obituary
Kathleen Frances Conn was born on April 9, 1951 in Bayonne, New Jersey. She died on January
11, 2026 in Houston, Texas, at the age of 74. Kathy lived most of her life in New Jersey, then
spent time in Florida and California prior to moving to Jersey Village, Texas in 2000. She
graduated from West Morris Regional High School in Chester, NJ in 1970.
Kathy was predeceased by her father, Stanley Conn, Jr; mother, Frances Conn Roman;
stepfather, Fred Roman, Sr., sister, Fran Chamberlain; brother, Ken Roman. Also, her niece,
Denise Chamberlain; and great niece, Sophie Marie Sims.
She is survived by her brothers and sister-in-laws, Stan and Ruth Conn, Fred and Jenna Roman;
and sister, Sharon Laterza. Nieces, Jaclyn King (Chad), Paige Roman, Tara Lane (Ryan), Jamie
Geiger; nephew, Dennis Chamberlain. Step-nephew, Daniel Martino (Chou); step-nieces, Lauren
Henry (Dustin), and Linda Wilken (Jeremy). She is also survived by numerous great nieces and
nephews, whom she adored.
Kathy enjoyed life as much as she could and had an infectious laugh. She loved her Circle of
Friends group at Chapelwood Methodist, of which she had been a participant since 2001. She
particularly enjoyed learning and producing beautiful art in her art group. She also loved her
many Jersey Village friends from water aerobics classes and senior exercise class. Her favorite
pastimes were walking in the neighborhood, jigsaw puzzles, and word search books.
The service to celebrate her life will be held at Chapelwood Methodist Church in the chapel on
Saturday, January 17 th , 2026, with visitation at 10:00 am and funeral at 11:00 am. Please use Lot
C for parking and enter at Door 11. There will be signs to direct you. The address is 11140
Greenbay, Houston, Texas 77024. The funeral is under the direction of Rasberry Family Funeral
Home. In lieu of flowers, please make a memorial contribution to Circle of Friends, Chapelwood
Methodist Church.
