Jody Ireland Allen's Obituary
Jody Ireland Allen, 61, of The Woodlands, Texas, passed away on November 3, 2025, while away from home for work in Big Spring, Texas. Jody suffered heart failure while driving and passed peacefully.
Jody was raised in Benton, Arkansas. In 1983, he proudly joined the United States Army serving as a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division. His time in the service shaped his character - instilling a deep commitment to honor, loyalty, and patriotism that carried throughout his life.
After his military service, Jody earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Hayward. A lifelong learner and avid reader, Jody was always curious about the world and eager to share stories and laughter. Known for his sharp wit and endless jokes, he could light up any room he entered.
Above all else, Jody cherished his family. Nothing meant more to him than his devoted wife, Teri, his beloved children, Nikki, Carly, and Jacob and siblings Linda and Jamie. Jody approached every part of life with a big heart, a generous spirit, and an unwavering bet in helping others.
Jody loved his country deeply and lived his life as a proud American. His legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched with his kindness, humor, and love.
