His Life began December 4, 1957, a joyous birthday to James A Cooper Sr. And Marilyn Cooper of Houston TX. Being a Native Houstonian for some 64 yrs., having lived an adventurous life, only to battle 7 long yrs. against Kidney disease, COPD etc... and has now passed on from us this January 29, 2022, here in Houston.
He is survived by his loving mother Marilyn Cooper, his caring sister Camille Cooper Whitfill and brother Gary Cooper. Nephew Chad Whitfill and niece Chelsea Guiterrez. Great nieces and nephews, several cousins and a host of friends from sea to shining sea.
He graduated from Sam Houston Sr. High School and attended Junior College locally.
A true patriot serving in Afghanistan 2004 OIF at Bagrin Air Base and later joining Guarda Security as a Bagman backed by the big hog his favorite pistol. Mustard Devil was an avid Geocacher with over 5280+ caches logged. A list of the man’s life and the mark he made on it. Bowling, country dancing, karate black belt, skydiving, scuba diving, guns of any sort, reloading guns, collecting stamps, coins, baseball cards, geocaching, kayaking and lone star Dutch over society. His greatest joy was traveling to England where he researched the Cooper heritage and discovering the family armor, crest and clan colors. May he rest in peace dressed in kilt and clan colors with full beard. What a site to see.
