Gregory Dave Goss' Obituary
Gregory Dave Goss passed away on February 18, 2024. He was born in Parkway Hospital in Houston, Texas on March 22, 1962. He attended Porter Elementary School and graduated from Humble High School in 1980. He went on to earn an Associate in Arts degree from Houston Community College in 2007 while working full time at Dunn Welding in Houston. For many years, Greg was involved in the Houston Marathon as a coordinator. The final years of his career were spent at Clegg Industries in Victoria, Texas, where he also resided.
Greg loved gardening, including flowers, vegetables and puttering around his workshop. He loved to can pickles to share with his friends and family. Greg recently spent several years taking care of his mother, Loraine, who was struggling with dementia.
Greg was a sweet, funny guy with a life that was cut short due to health issues. He gave 100% of love to many friends and family as well as people he would meet here and there. He never met a stranger. Greg loved his family and always wanted to make sure that we could keep traditions ongoing with holidays, birthdays and getting together just to visit and catch up on all our lives.
Greg is survived by Philip, Chris, Mike, Wendell and Steve and a host of family and friends.
