Glea Ramey III's Obituary
On May 12, 2025 Glea Ramey, III, age 74, was called Home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ after a lengthy battle with bone cancer. Glea is preceded in death by his son Brent, and survived by his wife of 53 years, Diane, and his sisters Judy Benfield and Kay St. John. Glea will always be remembered as a loving father, husband, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend and one that loved the Lord with all his heart. In his career, Glea was a CPA where he was a partner for many years before he owned his own practice in The Woodlands. When Glea retired, he and Diane enjoyed spending time in CO. Glea loved being in the mountains. At home he enjoyed designing, modifying, and building things; but mostly modifying things. He could hardly look at something without wanting to modify it. Glea will be remembered for helping people in need whether it was family, neighbors, friends, or survivors of hurricanes.
