Frank Vincent Petronella Jr.'s Obituary
Frank Vincent Petronella, 68, of Houston passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 holding hands with his best friend and wife of 35 years, Annie. He was known by many just as “Paw Paw”.
He retired early from the Texas Department of Transportation to spend time with his wife and family, leaving many friends behind but nor forgotten. He was a member of the Texas Tall club and the Towering Texans. He loved Star Wars and especially Startrek almost as much as he loved his wife.

His hobbies besides harassing his wife and “Honey Do’s” included, wood working, day trips to points of interest, reading, sailing/boating, camping and of course collecting and saving everything from tools to computers.
He was born on July 27, 1948 to parents, Frank V. Petronella Sr. and Phyllis Hornor Petronella. Frank is preceded in death by his father Frank V. Petronella Sr. He is survived by his wife, Annie Petronella, his mother Phyllis Petronella; his Daughters, Shawn Bullard and husband Richard Bullard, Bobbie Sims and husband Donald Sims, grandchildren, Terianne Sims, Justin Cepeda-Sims, Brothers, Thomas Petronella, Liborio “Barney” Petronella, Nieces, April Fox and husband Todd Fox, Wendy Gereau and husband Dean Gereau, Nephews, Craig Petronella and wife Inis Petronella, Anthony Petronella, Daniel Petronella, extended family, Jennen Gonzalez and husband Gabriel Gonzalez their children Lorenzo and Victoria Gonzalez, Bryan Roberts and wife Christy Roberts their children Bryce and Brooke Roberts, Rick and Renae Murphy, their son Rick Murphy Jr., as well as numerous grandnephews, grandnieces, many other relatives and a host of close friends.

The memorial service will be held on June 10, 2017 at 1pm at Hardin Family Funeral Home, 9034 Long Point, Houston, TX 77055. We welcome any and all friends and family to celebrate his life.
In lieu flowers the family asks you to make a donation to the American Cancer Society or any other Cancer Research Group in Frank’s honor.
