Ellis Edward Sellars Jr.'s Obituary
Ellis Edward Sellars Jr. (43) lost his lengthy battle with heart disease on February 11th of 2018 at the Memorial Herman Hospital in the Woodlands surrounded by his loving family.
Ellis, known to many as Jr, was a devoted father, son and brother who loved his family with all of his heart and was big on family togetherness. To him family wasn't defined only by blood but by a bond that he shared with people. He was a good man that you could count on in a time of need. He also liked to make people laugh and could often be heard cracking jokes just to see you smile. Throughout Ellis Jr’s life he enjoyed tattooing, watching football especially the Texans, and spending quality time with family and friends.
He is survived by his children: Jasmyn, Ryan, Aniyah and Zariah.
grandchildren: Alahna and Issac.
He is also survived by his mother GayLynn, siblings: Calvin, Candace and niece Bryanna, as well as his grandparents and numerous loving family members and friends. Like his father, he never met a stranger.
He was preceded in death by his father Ellis Sr. and sister Heather.
On behalf of the family, we wish to express their gratitude to for your kindness in thoughts and prayers, and for your presence at the memorial service
Don’t cry for me
Don’t cry for me. I will be okay.
Heaven is my home now, and this is where I’ll stay.
Don’t cry for me. I’m where I belong.
I want you to be happy and try to stay strong.
Don’t cry for me. It was just my time, but I will see you someday on the other side.
Don’t cry for me. I am not alone.
The angels are with me to welcome me home.
Don’t cry for me, for I have no fear.
All my pain is gone, and Jesus took my tears.
Don’t cry for me. This is not the end.
I’ll be waiting here for you when we meet again.
