Don Robert "Bobby" Waggoner's Obituary
Don Robert “Bobby” Waggoner, 77, of Houston passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Bobby was born on November 23, 1939 in Knox City, Texas to parents, Leonard Waggoner and Elizabeth Wilson Waggoner. An avid sportsman, Bobby loved being outside with nature. He loved to fish, hunt and ride his motorcycle. Don was a NASCAR fan and enjoyed time with his many, many friends. His favorite thing in life was to be with his family whom he loved with all of his heart. Don is preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Elizabeth Waggoner and first wife, Sue Waggoner, Mother to Robert and Lorri. He is survived by his wife, Frances Waggoner; children, Robert Waggoner and wife JoAnn, Lorri Daigle, Don Wade and Dawana Cooke and husband Fred; grandchildren, Brian, Troy and Shelbie Waggoner, Collin and Blake Daigle and David McKenzie; great-grandchildren, Natalie, Braden and Kyler Waggoner, Carson and Kylie Daigle and Kendrick and Rosslyn McKenzie; brother, Jon Waggoner; Sister, Rosalyn Boatman and husband Joe and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and a host of friends. A Celebration of Bobby’s life will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 11 o’clock in the morning at Hardin Family Funeral Home in Houston. Visitation with the family will begin one hour prior to service time.
