Debra Fay's Obituary
Debra Fay of Houston Texas passed away Sunday, June 1st, 2025, at Park Manor of Westchase where she was in Hospice.
She was born December 24th, 1955, at Baptist Hospital in Jackson, MS.
She was preceded in death by her Father Ted Wade, her Paternal Grandparents, Luther L. & Dixie Wade, Maternal Grandparents, Ronald & Ulma Powell.
Survivors include her Mother, Nita Wade, Sister, Susan (Charles) Herrington, Brothers, Mark (Denise) Wade, Michael Wade a host of nieces and nephews along with extended family and friends, of whom she’ll be dearly missed.
She will be laid to rest at Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Mize, MS.
