Billy Joe Bass' Obituary
Billy “Gator” Bass, age 47, passed away on April 5, 2019. He was born on March 1, 1972 and was a longtime resident of Dayton, TX. Billy was a mechanic and owner of Gator's Auto Repair. He loved working on cars, riding his motorcycle, collecting hot wheels and spending time with his family.
Billy was a member of Grace Community Baptist Church and also of the Corp of Encourager's Motorcycle Ministry.
Billy was preceded in death by his father, Allen Bass and he was survived by his wife Patricia Free Bass, son Joseph Allen Dean Bass and wife Christine Bass, daughter Heather Bass, his mother Patricia Ann Bass, sisters Mary Jane Ragan, and Sherry Smith, brothers Johnny Bass and James Bass, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, godchildren and friends.
The viewing will be held Friday April 12 from 5-8 pm and the funeral will be Saturday April 13 at 3:00 pm at Grace Community Baptist Church, 8073 FM 1960 Dayton, TX 77535
