Antonio "Tony" De La Cruz Jr.'s Obituary
Antonio De La Cruz, Jr. (Pop's), 72, of Dayton passed away on Saturday March 24, 2018. Antonio was born on June 24, 1945 in Alice, Texas to Braulia Torres of San Diego, Texas and Antonio De La Cruz, Sr. of San Diego, Texas. He was a strong faithful man who always loved to be with his family. He always kept himself occupied with projects in or around the house no matter how daunting the task may be. His passion for hunting and fishing with his grandson and people that he loved was unparalleled and the integrity of his character was never in question, because he always did the right thing. What he loved most was praising the Lord and giving thanks to him for all that he had been blessed with. Antonio is survived by his wife, Rosa De La Cruz; sons, Andrew De La Cruz and wife Arlene Hernandez, Antonio De La Cruz, III and wife Angelica and Arnold De La Cruz and wife Vanessa Salazar; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
