Anna Belle Rourke Garner's Obituary
Anna Belle Rourke Garner, native Houstonian, passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at
the age of 93. Anna Belle is survived by her son, Allan Garner, granddaughter, Laura Reed, and
great grandchildren, Anabel, Gavin, and Bella.
Anna Belle was married to Otis Garner of Rusk, Texas and was married for 50 years.
Otis and Anna Belle loved the hill country and spent many vacations in Leakey, Texas and
passed that love down to their children and grandchildren.
Anna Belle lived life to the fullest, not even the pandemic slowed her down. She loved the
Christmas season and enjoyed going over the top with gifts and decorations. She was a woman
of tradition and never would pass up on an opportunity to spend time with her family and create
memories. She will be greatly missed. We love you Grandma!
A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, December 17, 2022 in the chapel of
Rasberry Family Funeral Home, 9034 Longpoint Road, Houston, Texas 77055. A private burial
will be held the following week at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery in Houston, Texas.
