Ann Estella Godwin Love's Obituary
Ann Estella Godwin Love, age 81, passed away on May 7, 2023. She arrived six weeks early and was born on November 1, 1941 in Hotel Dieu in Beaumont, Texas. She grew up with her brother, Tommy, in the Houston Heights. She graduated from John H. Reagan High School in 1960. She was a Rainbow Girl belonging to Houston Heights Assembly #10, O.R.G. She was also a member of the Eastern Star at two chapters, Houston Heights and a charter member of Aldine Chapter.
She married the love of her life, Bobby Love, on July 14, 1962 and they had two children, Debbie and Robby. She was a dental assistant for 30 years and was the receptionist for Houston Northwest Baptist Church for 17 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son, husband and brother. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie; son-in-law, Robert; and only grandchild, Sarah Ann. She also leaves behind two nieces and nephews-in-law, a sister-in-law, three grandnieces, two grandnephews and many lifelong friends that are considered family.
Her family, Lord and Church were the most important things in her life.
