Our deepest sympathies go out to Mary, Dennis, Darrell, Dane, Anita and the rest of the Raines family. Bill was a great neighbor & friend to my mother (Dorothy Krieg) & the rest of the family. I can't remember a time that I never saw a smile on his face. Bill Raines will be missed greatly by all those that knew & loved him dearly, be it family or friends.
