I am so proud to have been one of Ken's " Best Friends".
A day before he joined Christ, he said "he was going to miss me",
I am going to miss him!
His honorably and dignified approach to life was a fine example of a Southern gentleman.
Life on this earth is made of good and bad experiences. Ken is responsible for wonderful memories of many GOOD experiences for so many people he touched.
Thank you Ken for saving me a seat up there.

Linda my thoughts and prayers are with you and the entire family. I know how devoted you were to one another. True soul mates. He will be missed but leaves loving memories. Genie Giles/Houston Texas
I can't seem to stop crying about the terrible loss of dear Ken. I keep remembering the trip we all took to Williamsburg at Christmastime, and his adorable conversation with "George Washington" when he ran into him in Richmond - Ken knew so much about him! and his gentle reminders that we say grace before each meal. And always his ever present smile that was so full of warmth and gentleness for every person he met. It will be very difficult to walk into church now and not see him there. I will always have in my heart the amazing love story of Ken and Linda, how his eyes softened whenever he looked at her or spoke of her - truly soulmates. Linda, I wish desperately that we could ease this pain for you. We can only pray that you are able to feel some measure of support from Our Heavenly Father's loving arms which hold you throughout this terrible time and from all of us here, your friends who love you.
Love, Mary Donna Bishop
