Burton Alvin Fowler, 92 of Dayton passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2019. He was born on September 20, 1927 in Madison County, Mississippi to parents Moses N. and Lillian McCrory Fowler. Burton was the oldest of 18 children. Read Obituary

Burton was a sweet Christian man. Faithful to his church and Lord. I believe he served as a deacon at Kentshire Baptist Church. He is a good man. Lots of good memories growing up. He and Ida were so loved.
My Grandfather was the Best person around. He was always humorous, thoughtful, caring, just a joy to be around. My Grandfather was a Spiritual Man. I remember when I was a little girl going to Kentshire Baptist Church. He was the bus driver, he would drive around on Sunday and pick up kids and adults for church. I had the pleasure of riding with him. I have lots of wonderful memories with him and my grandmother. I am the oldest grand daughter, so I can say. I have lots of wonderful memories with him, just isn't enough time, nor space to share it all. I have been blessed to have him in my life as long as I did. I will cherish those forever. May he rise High with my Grandmother and be with his Lord and Saviour. I love you Grandpaw. Til I see you again. ❤️
