“During one of the hardest times in our lives, Micheal and staff went above and beyond to care for our family and honor my mom. From the very beginning, they treated us with genuine compassion, patience, and respect. They worked with us financially without ever making us feel pressured, and they made sure every detail was handled beautifully. What meant the most was how Micheal checked on us — not just during the arrangements, but after everything as well — making sure we were okay and supported. They truly care about the families they serve, and it shows in everything they do. We are deeply grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and dignity they showed our mom and our family. “Rasberry Family Funeral Home was wonderful to work with when our family member unexpectedly passed away. They helped us through the many decisions that needed to be made. They understood what a difficult time it was for us. James was always available for our phone calls and texts and many questions. My family member had a prepaid funeral contract with Rasberry and they made all the contacts and arrangements for an in town funeral and out of state graveside service. Even with that, there are still so many decisions to be made at the time of death. Everything was beautiful. My family member looked very beautiful as well. Thank you, thank you, James and everyone at Rasberry for your help and patience in helping everything go smoothly.”
