Back down memory lane!
A Tribute to My Friend
When we got the news that you had passed, our hearts sank, and we started to cry uncontrollably. Your presence in our lives was a gift that we will cherish forever. You were more than just a friend; you were a confidante, a source of unwavering love and support. Your laughter filled any room, and your quick wit and bossiness were something that we appreciated because we all were guilty of speaking our minds. For 26 years, we have been sister/friends through the highs and lows of life.
Monet had a unique way of making everyone she loved feel special, seen, and heard. If she liked you, you knew it. If she didn’t like you, you knew that too. She was a person who would always be there with advice and words of encouragement.
Though your physical presence is no longer with us, your spirit will live on in our hearts. We will carry your memory, finding strength in the love and joy you brought into our lives.
Rest in Love, Mo Mo. You will always be our Dear friend and sister.
Love Tonya Scott aka “Tee” and Sonya Scott
Tribute to My Sister ~in~Love
You were more than my friend…
You were my sister from another mister! In the beginning you didn’t want to share Rev. Tisby you eventually gave in and let me be his other daughter.
You were my sister till the end…
God knew way back when that we would need each other through thick and thin.
I don’t have the words to express what you meant to me but I look back over our texts and I see that I meant the same to you.
We’ve cried, prayed, laughed, and LOVED, together.
My dearest “Tah-Tah” I will never forget our AMAZING (almost 40) years together. I must say 2024 was our BEST year ever. I will keep my promises and hold on to our conversations forever. Thank you for being a sister I will NEVER forget!❤️🕊️️
Love always your sister, Sonya

A Tribute to My Goddaughter
Tarsha,
You will always hold a very special place in my heart that I will cherish and love. Your Godfather and I made a promise when you were just a baby—to love you, guide you, support you, care for you, encourage you, and keep you in our hearts always.
Forever and always,
Aunt Derotha, Your Godmother
Tribute to Our Aunt
Auntie TahTah,
We love and will miss you so much. You always were the one that would turn over the heavens and earth for us to have whatever our hearts desired. (Even if this meant going to battle with our momma) You would ALWAYS WIN! She let you have your way when it came to us. Thank you for being the 2nd momma to us and we will forever cherish your love for us.
Love, your Nieces & Nephews (your original squad)
Tribute to My Mother
My mother was a wonderful and sweet person, she never failed to put a smile on anyone’s face, she was honest, strong, confident and knew her own goals and what she wanted in life, she was a wonderful mother, sister and aunt to all of her family members. She loved everyone more than they could ever know. I could go on and on about her as I’m sure everyone else could as well. She will forever be missed, her soul will be missed, her laugh, her eyes and everything about her, Rest In Peace. 🕊️️🤍

Tribute to My Wife
As I bow my head in silence
And remember you with love
I know that you are in Heaven
Watching over us from above
Everyday's a struggle
And nothing feels the same
And my heart breaks a little more
Every time I hear your name
You will always be remembered
as time may heal my heart
But a piece of me is missing
Since the day we had to part
Thank you for your endless Love
That will help me through each Day.
And thank you for the Memories
We have that will never fade away.
I was blessed to be your Husband
You’re Friend and your Soulmate.
And everyday..I will celebrate your life In a special small way.
If Heaven is for Angels
Then I know that's where you'll be And I know you will be waiting
When Heaven calls for me
Your loving husband, "The Bossman"

I am in disbelief, Tasha you should still be here. I remember being classmates. You were always such a loving and a fun person to be around. You’ll be truly missed, but to understand to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord and we have to often understand that God makes no mistakes, praying for your family and Love ones In this time of need all I can say is wow and Friend Get your rest love you, Cynthia Brown .
