All of us at Galligan & Manning were saddened to hear of Paul's passing. We were lucky enough to have a terrific working relationship with Paul starting in the early 2000’s. He was our firm's messenger, process server, and notary and was an integral part of our firm when Covid hit the scene and every business owner was scrambling trying to figure out how to keep business moving forward. He helped us keep our services running, assisting our clients safely in their homes. He was a man people could trust and a joy to be around. Our sincerest condolences to all of the family. We will always remember Paul and will miss him terribly.

I am absolutely shocked and heartbroken to learn of Paul's sudden passing. Paul was not just a process server but a truly amazing person. His job was not an easy one but Paul had a way of connecting with people with his kind and caring nature. He once served a homeless person in a church parking lot after speaking with them and earning their trust to meet him there. He genuinely loved his family and bragged about them often, especially the trips and events he shared with his mother. My sincerest condolences to all of his family. Paul will truly be missed.
