Cindy and I met in November 1981...I met Donna at exactly the same time. They were together and I was driving a hot rod. One of them recognized my car and said: "there's Sean." I was 24-years-old and when two pretty young ladies call your name, one knows to pay attention.
The following July, Cindy and I were married, and Donna, Bonnie, and Jeannie were her bridesmaids.
I called Cindy and Donna "Lucy and Ethel" because they were pretty mischievous when they were together.
And that was 37 years ago.
Deanna, Jenny, Pam, Jimmy and all the rest of the family: I know where Donna is now and I know what an amazing legacy Donna left behind. She certainly touched a lot of lives and gave our family some precious memories!
The folks in New Orleans treat passing as a part of life. Their philosophy is "I really am going to miss you, but sure was great to know you, and I can't wait to see you again."
Donna, we are better people for having known you, and we do love you!
